Being an artist, I have this intense desire to know and study all styles of music and incorporate it into the songs I write and perform. I've always felt like a true musician should be well rounded and somewhat knowledgeable of any style. These songs transported me to foreign countries and I became a sponge, absorbing the sounds around me. I added their colors to my palate and returned to paint my canvas.
